This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed when you use buildsolution.net.
1. Data controller and contact details

2. Data processed when you visit the website
When you visit the website, the hosting infrastructure may process technical information needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. This can include your IP address, the date and time of the request, requested pages, referring URL, browser and operating-system details, and HTTP status information.
This data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): operating, securing, and improving the website. It is retained only for as long as necessary for those purposes, subject to the hosting provider's log-retention settings.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The website stores your display preference and your privacy choice. This storage is necessary to provide the settings you request and to avoid asking for the same privacy choice on every visit. The privacy choice is retained for up to 182 days.
If you allow analytics, we use PostHog to measure page views and selected interactions. Analytics may include a pseudonymous visitor identifier, session information, visited and referring pages, browser and device details, and interaction data. We use this information only to understand how the website is used and to improve its content. It is not used for advertising.
Analytics is disabled until you give consent. Its legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law. You can withdraw consent at any time through “Privacy settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection and removes PostHog's browser storage. You may also manage or delete stored information in your browser settings.
4. Recipients and international transfers
Access to technical data may be provided to service providers that host or maintain the website. If you allow analytics, PostHog processes the analytics data on our behalf using its EU cloud infrastructure. Analytics data is retained according to the project retention settings and no longer than necessary for the purposes described above. We do not sell personal data. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use an appropriate GDPR transfer mechanism where required.
5. Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request:
- access to your personal data;
- rectification or erasure of your personal data;
- restriction of processing;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interests; and
- data portability where applicable.
